About OMNI
The members of our team are a diverse proactive group of professionals who have worked in the social services sector for more than 8 years, mostly with families and children who are hard to reach.
We know that open and honest communication is the key to successful working relationships, and we strive to provide each person with the chance to grow and develop in order to achieve their maximum potential.
Here at OMNI, we understand that the individual takes centre stage. However, we also believe that experience working with local communities and businesses is just as crucial in developing valuable skills and confidence to achieve success. We take the time to create a support package that meets the individual's needs in order for them to believe in their own value and be able to live independently in the community.
